Jim,
Thanks for posting the gif file of the patch on the site. An engineman named Cooper, can't recall his rate or first name now, did the art work and was responsible for having the patch made. Cooper was from NY state, don't remember the town.
I went aboard Diodon as a fireman, made EN-3(SS) and had EN-2(SS) made but got out before the rate went into effect.
