USS Capitaine AGSS 336. SO1(SS) 4/61-12/63. Was good friends with Stanley Swedbloom TM/SN. Capitaine was his qual boat and as I recall he came to us right from boot camp/sub school. Many liberty calls together during WESTPAC '63. He was indeed a crazy guy. Very sorry to hear of his loss in 1982.
