Comments: My first contact with the USS Pampanito via Amateur Radio was with JOE SENFT-KM6TN on April 9th 1994 at 0335 UTC on 1908KHZ (I have QSL card from Joe). The Pampanito with no Station License at the time. A few months latter Joe KM6TN gave myself along with Royce-K6ENU & John W6FRI a private tour of the USS Pampanito.. It brought back fond memories to both Royce and Myself, Having served on board Submarines...I served on the USS BLOWER SS 325 and the USS DIODON SS 349...I can't recall the boats Royce-K6ENU served on.. I was an Electrician's Mate...It was "GREAT" The boats smell has not changed.. YOU HAVE DONE A FANTASTIC JOB ON THIS WEB PAGE...Keep up the great work...Roger..WA6AFT..
