 Jim,

Here are two pictures, about the best that I can do.

The inscription on the Dolphin Plaque (wife made it up as Christmas Present) reads,

             JUNE 11,1967

            C.O. H.J. SWEET

            USS DIODON (SS349)

            YOKOSUKA, JAPAN

and the actual Dolphins came from QM1(SS) Wilson; I retrieved them from the bottom of a glass of everything at the Rainbow bar; I remember that IC3(SS) Jimmy Roehrs were together that night, and I think that Barry Lebens and Shepherd, and, perhaps, you went through the initiation that evening.  Pat Gavaganh, Gary Grimes, Dicky Giddens, and John Mitchell might have as well.

The hats amounted to about 75 cents each back then.

I served on DIODON (SS349), G.W.CARVER(SSBN656), USS LAFAYETTE (SSBN 616), and DANIEL BOONE (SSBN629). "BZ".
