Bellinghauser of Diodon, any one remember him?  He was rescued by Philip Meek after explosion on Diodon sometime between 1960 to 1964.

Here is the Diodon backing out from between two other subs in 1961 at, what appears, Sub Base, San Diego on Point Loma, Fort Rosecrans.

Note that the line handler on the other sub to starboard has just thrown a monkey fist and line towards the sub to the port side of the SS-349.

The Diodon is still in her step sail configuration. I believe EMFA John Clear may be aboard, if this is '61, since he qual'd in '61 aboard her. 

Kindly provided by Roy Ator. He indicated that he got it from Jim Mandelblatt. He thinks Jim got it from Captain David L. Green.
