Dear Shipmates;
RE: Refunds
Please find enclosed your refund for the banquet" 1 can only say that you
were missed and that you missed out on a lot of sea stories and a great
meal.
I know in speaking to some of you from the hotel when you called to let me
know that you were unable to come, some of you said to put your money in
the Diodon Fund to build it up.
However, as I took all these calls on the hotel courtesy phone and on my cell phone and had to run outside to answer it, due to tower location. By the time I got back to my room and with the assistance of my short term memory, I don't know who told me to keep it and who didn't, so everyone that paid and didn't make it is getting it back.
If you want to donate it to the fund
for next years reunion, just send it back to me.
As you all know the registration fee was non-refundable.
We still have Hats, Patches and Pens for sale. If anyone wants to buy some, please contact, Glenn Boothe or myself.
I am making up an address book with all the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. I will email it to all that have email and snail mail it to those that don't.
As I get more names and addresses I will add on and send them out. If anyone doesn't want their name on the list please let me know and I will remove it.
If anyone knows of any shipmates
that I don't have please send them to me. Thanks to one and all for all
the help.
